If you're interested in enrolling in this program please fill out the form found at http://www.sbgso.org/files/u1/forms/iudc.pdf and submit it to hte GSO office (SAC 227) by February 28th. If you have any questions please contact the Treasurer at treasurer@sbgso.org .

Please note, this program is for ANY approved Consortium class not just Stony Brook Manhattan. Please fill out the form even if the class is not in SB Manhattan.
