Wondering what your rights are as a tenant? What is a security deposit and what does it include? What does and does not belong in a lease? Any other questions regarding renting apartments, rooms or houses on Long Island.
In order for give GSO members the basic knowledge of their rights and obligations as a tenant, Phil Solages of the GSO Legal Clinic will be giving a landlord-tenant seminar in the GSO Office, SAC 227.
